This stitch looks like shells, but it actually isn't. It's quite strange, and pleasing in a way. It has quite a bit of texture on both sides from the front post crochet stitches, which make the waves appear on the opposite side.
I used Red Heart Super Saver Pale Yellow yarn with an H hook.
