While I was making this, I kept thinking about Partners and how I wanted to make a square of the weave, but I couldn't exactly remember what it was. Unfortunately this pattern wasn't what I was looking for, but I do like how it turned out. Because every other stitch is a front post stitch, the texture doesn't stand out, but it does feel a bit ribbed.
I used an I hook with Red Heart Super Saver Medium Purple yarn.
